Small Business Energy Advantage Program

The Small Business Energy Advantage (SBEA) Program is designed to provide turnkey energy-saving services for small commercial and light industrial CL&P and UIcustomers.

Earthlight will conduct a no cost energy audit of your facility's lighting to determine your energy-saving opportunities. We will work with the energy experts at your utility company to prepare a comprehensive proposal of energy savings and costs.

The SBEA program will then use financial incentives to offset the cost of the project. The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund will reduce your capital expenditure by 40%. CL&P will then determine if you are qualified for the 0% financing for the remaining balance. In most cases the cost savings on your utility bill will offset your remaining balance.
